Design and Build Process |

1. We meet with you, our customer and go through your criteria and our extensive checklist. |
| 2. After this discussion, we jointly set a preliminary budget. |
| 3. Based on this information and budget, we do a preliminary design and price costing. |
| 4. After plan review, final plan changes, and budget acceptance, we finalize the preliminary floor plan and elevation, and price out the home with our computer aided pricing software. |
| 5. After the final price is accepted, we finalize the construction specifications and contract and site evaluation. |
| 6. After the contract is signed, we finish drawing the plot plan, foundation plan, floor plan, elevations, electrical plan, sections, erosion plan, heat calculations, and structural calculations. |
| 7. We then obtain the necessary building, zoning, sanitation, and driveway permits. |
