When you buy your home from Tomah Lumber we will go the extra mile to protect your investment!

Basic Coverage:

Tomah Lumber's limited warranty provides protection against any structural or workmanship defect for a period of one year on any home that Tomah Lumber builds, starting on the original date of possession.
Note: Non structural stress cracks in concrete are not considered structural defects and are not covered by this warranty (concrete will crack and we make every effort to control the location of these cracks).

Plus Coverage:

Tomah Lumber will extend their limited warranty on workmanship defects, for the additional second year.

Additional Coverage:

All individual product warranties, as offered by the manufacturing company, will apply as per each manufacturer's specific warranty.
